Freewrite 3
Why – From the days when I was an annoying four-year-old, curious as to why my older brother could stay up past 8:00 pm, I have attempted to understand the world around me. Why is simply the question of my life.
Whisper – I have always loved the onomatopoetic quality of the word whisper. You can’t help but whisper when you say it. It brings back memories of playing telephone in giant circles and sharing the name of my first crush in my best friend's ear.
Laughter – The best way to turn around a bad day

Wonderful words. Perhaps we don't all share exactly the same experiences with these as you, but I can think of very similar run ins and it makes me smile. You did a good job at evoking memory without being specific or even pressing the reader to do so, I think.

I still ask why all the time. One of my most used words. Completely agree with laughter

Very good points. The way you explain them using physical examples of why you like the word and even memories associated with each word is fun and an EXCELLENT way to get the point across.
