FreeWrite5 Hate it or Love it
It’s a typical Friday night, sitting at UNO’s,
Laughing and smiling while ignoring the menus.
The waitress comes, we ask for a few more minutes.
She comes back, everyone orders.
Now we wait.
A pack of cards appear on the table, the cards are dealt.
A friendly game of durak, six cards to each player.
The game starts, not so friendly anymore.
Cards are thrown, arguments arise, cheating occurs.
Immature and uncivilized,
Primitive.
The waitress comes back with our tray of food.
The cards disappear, the game stops.
Everyone smiles,
We eat.

I am missing the combination of the love and hate in this poem. I see "immaturity" but it was under your hate list and the immaturity in the poem isn't hateful. I'm confused!
